The property will then be under a new tenancy agreement and this ad will be removed from all portals. If this changes for any reason i will set new inspections however i doubt this will occur. Charlestown, Dudley Rd rental available to view on Saturdays during May (next public viewing May 11th) prior to the current tenant moving out on the 1st of June 2024. Private viewings can be arranged by enquiring through the site.

Easy maintenance front yard and access to the garage. 6-month lease to start with to ensure both parties are happy then a longer lease would be ideal after that.
Looking for long term tenants ultimately and will preference applicants who are non-smokers, without pets who have good long term job histories and references reflecting reliable tenancy history.
